From I-95
Take exit 15 (Route 7). At the end of the expressway, you make a right, and then a left to continue north onto Route 7. Turn right onto Kensett Avenue (The First Bank of Niagra will be on the corner). After 0.6 miles, Kensett Avenue ends at the intersection of Grumman Avenue. Make a left turn and proceed 1,000 feet. The entrance is on the right side of the road. The Carriage House is the first building on your left.
From Merritt Parkway North (from Westchester & Lower Connecticut):
Take the Merritt Parkway North (CT-15) to Exit 40B (Main Avenue North exit). At end of exit ramp, bear to the right and you will be on Route 7. Remain in the far right lane. Go straight down Rt. 7. Turn right onto Kensett Avenue (The First bank of Niagra will be on the corner). After 0.6 miles, Kensett Avenue ends at the intersection of Grumman Avenue. Make a left turn and proceed 1,000 feet. The entrance is on the right side of the road. The Carriage House is the first building on your left.
From Merritt Parkway South (from upper Connecticut):
Take the Merritt Parkway South (CT-15) to Exit 40B. Bear left off the exit (onto Creeping Hemlock Drive) to stoplight. Make a right at the light and you will be on Route 7. Remain in the far right lane. (The mansion is five mins. from here.) Go straight down Rt. 7. Turn right onto Kensett Avenue (People's United Bank will be on the corner). After 0.6 miles, Kensett Avenue ends at the intersection of Grumman Avenue. Make a left turn and proceed 1,000 feet. The entrance is on the right side of the road. The Carriage House is the first building on your left.
